Azamara Club Cruises consists of two intimate ships, Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest. Each can carry 694 fortunate guests to discover the hidden corners of the world that larger cruise ships simply cannot reach. In addition to offering a more personalized experience, our ships have recently undergone a $17.5 million revitalization with new European bedding and soft goods, flat screen televisions, new veranda decking and furniture, and wireless internet service in all staterooms and public areas. Plus, 93% of our staterooms offer ocean views and 68% have a private veranda. You may be wondering where the name Azamara comes from. Azamara is a coined term derived from the Romance languages. This includes the more obvious links to blue (az) and the sea (mar). The name was also inspired by a star, Acamar. In classical times, the star Acamar was the most southerly bright star that could be seen from the latitude of Greece. We think of Azamara Club Cruises as a star on the blue sea. Azamara Club Cruises reserves the right to impose a fuel supplement on all guests if the price of West Texas Intermediate fuel exceeds $65.00 per barrel. The fuel supplement for first and second guests would be no more than $15 per guest per day, for a maximum of $200 per cruise. 2012 ChoiceAir Credit: ChoiceAir Credit (CAC) offers $500 per person ($1,000 per couple) ChoiceAir credit for Club Oceanview & Club Veranda staterooms & Club Continent suites, and $1,000 per person ($2,000 per couple) ChoiceAir credit for Club Ocean & Club World Owner suites on most 2012 Europe sailings, except Azamara Quest: May 24 and July 22, 2012 voyages. Air has to be booked through ChoiceAir. Air credit will be applied against cruise fare after ChoiceAir flights are added to the booking. CAC is not available for 3rd and 4th guest in a stateroom. Certain gateways may not be available on all voyages. Club Oceanview to Club Veranda upgrade offer is subject to availability and is only offered on select sailings. The number of veranda staterooms is limited. Offer may be withdrawn at any time. Certain restrictions apply. Up to 50% Savings is based on full brochure fares, and is available on all 2012 voyages. Savings vary by sailing and stateroom category. Full brochure fares may not have resulted in actual sales. 50% savings on 2012 Land Discoveries (LDS) is valid for full fare bookings, and is not available once onboard ship. LDS offers 50% savings on most Azamara Land Discoveries; but excludes tours including a flight and/or hotel, special ticketed events such as the Monaco Grand Prix, Rio Carnival, concerts and other ticketed performances, as well as private arrangements. Onboard spending credits cannot be used towards 50% LDS bookings once onboard ship. LDS is not available for chartered voyages. Cancellation penalties apply to Land Discoveries reservations cancelled less than 24 hours prior to day of shore excursion. Included gratuities are for housekeeping, dining and bar staff only, available on all Azamara Club Cruises voyages.
